The RESET: FAQ's
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting a little paint on. While we use washable materials, creativity tends to be more expressive when you’re not worried about staying spotless. Aprons, shoe covers, and gloves are here for you to use.
Is this therapy or an art class?
Neither. The Reset is not clinical therapy or a skill-based art class. It’s a creative wellness experience designed to support emotional release, reflection, and mental clarity. Although, just the simple act of creating has therapeutic benefits!
What if I don’t know what to make?
That’s completely okay. The focus is on expression, processing, and reset ... not making something "good" or recognizable. Abstract art is often a natural fit here—because there's no pressure to make something “make sense" or be recognizable. You'll know what it represents— and that’s all that matters. You'll be guided every step of the way.
Do I need art experience?
Not al all. In fact, many people who don’t consider themselves naturally artistic find this especially freeing and fun. Art is used as a tool - not a goal.
